Acquiring purchased items
If Mate has stock of the item. The items can be picked up in the HR dept on Thursday(s) anytime after 2pm.
If a Premium item was ordered. The item may take longer to get in to Mate. HR will contact you once the item arrives and is ready for pick up.
Some items have limited sizes at this time. These items are marked with, Limited Stock - will not reorder. If the item is not marked as limited stock, please contact HR Dept.
Let HR know how many Mate Bucks you do have for your order. What cannot be covered with your Mate Bucks, must be covered by check made out to Mate Precision Technologies. We do not accept CASH.
